The logic had to be perfect. One wrong number could throw off the entire estimate.

The Colleagues

I was lucky. My Hong Kong colleagues were incredibly patient. They taught me rates, contract pitfalls, and even took me to local tea restaurants.

During tender season, we worked late together. The bond formed under pressure is real.

What I Gained

Those six months in Tender taught me the foundation of Hong Kong construction. Without that experience, I couldnt have understood the site work that came later.
